If you want to use helium to inflate balloons, please use high-quality helium and fill the confetti balloons(& the other balloons) with 80% helium and 10% air (blow in) for best results. Donât fill up too full.After inflating the confetti balloons, knot & attach to ribbon (included). Shake balloon to spread the confetti evenly, use a cloth or towel to rub around the balloons,This will create static & the confetti will stick to the side of the balloon. Repeat this step a few times until you have a beautiful confetti balloon. Please note that conditions such as humidity and temperature can affect how well the confetti will stick on the balloon.
