How to size & cut your insoles:
You need to remove the original insoles from your shoes, put it on top of your new insole, use a marker pen & trace along the toe section of original insole then cut new insole.
If you donât have original insoles or it is glued into your shoes, you insert recycle paper in the shoes & trace the line, cut the recycle paper follow the traced outline. Then align the traced with the new insoles & cut the new insoles.
Or cut insole according to your size L5-10 for ladies size, M7-12 for Mens sizes.
